Have been using your pepper mills since 2007. Our first one was the tall one with a rechargeable battery which had battery issues. You took care of it promptly. We have your newer one now (several years) and it has worked flawlessly for a long time. Great product. Sorry that you are out of stock right now. They make great Xmas gifts.
